Product for GoPuls

We're not always working with brainy developers in mind. Sometimes, it's for people operating at 60% capacity. We call that range.

Product

GoPuls launched as Germany's first instant medicine delivery service and was later acquired by Shop Apotheke.

Puls app on an iPhone

For GoPuls, an online pharmacy, it was important that every interaction and navigation decision considered people who might be sick or elderly. One question anchored it all: what's the fastest way to feel better?

Overview sheet of the Puls app design system on an off-white background, showing product cards, order-tracking steps, category tiles, form fields, tip selector and order summary components.

The user journey needed to be trustworthy as much as seamless. With that in mind, we intentionally opted for familiar healthcare cues and colors, establishing credibility needed when you're not feeling like yourself.

We introduced hand-drawn illustrations and a visual language that evokes comfort and calm. The goal wasn't to replace the experience of going to a physical pharmacy but to top it.
