Senior Product Designer

Help us design the most intuitive, beautiful, and smooth-talking digital products. You’ll shape early-stage brands, ship real products, and have a direct line to founders. We offer profit sharing, real responsibility, and a no-BS culture.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end product design across web, platforms, and apps.
• Translate our clients’ business strategies into crisp product decisions and intuitive user flows.
• Pair with frontend engineers to deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready work.
• Set design quality bars, run critiques, and mentor a small team.
• Context-switch between fast experiments and durable systems — and know when each is right.
• Explore and challenge the ways we’ll interact with products in the age of AI
• Present work to clients and partners with clarity and conviction.

You’re a fit if you

• Have 5+ years of experience in studios, agencies, or startups with shipped, end-to-end work.
• Obsess over interfaces that are not just intuitive and accessible, but beautiful and a pleasure to use.
• Balance new patterns with proven best practices — innovation with responsibility.
• Think in systems, yet sweat details: interaction states, messaging, motion.
• Are comfortable leading while staying hands-on.
• Communicate clearly and handle direct feedback well.

The studio

Since 2016, we’ve been working to become the hottest digital studio around. We’ll always be MVP, and we embrace change as a default.

Our clients are international and predominantly high-tech early-stage start-ups. Generally speaking, our task is to package complex and nerdy tech into sexy and usable products.

We often act as the brand and product team for early-stage startups, which means you’ll work directly with CEOs/founders, move fast without cutting corners, and challenge yourself to find the sweet spot between economical and breathtaking.
